Simple delivery - unable to deselect royalmail

I have a large item which I’m selling and chose to only use Evri postage; they are the only company to accept large parcels via the new “simple delivery” service. 

I’ve had to cancel an order twice as the eBay system is producing a Royal Mail label despite me changing my setting so that only Evri should be used. 

Has anyone else experienced this?

If you've already done that try opting out of Simple Delivery during the listing or revising process and use your own postage choice.  Follow the advice on here:

Hi- I opted of all deliveries except Evri. I also contacted the eBay help desk to ensure my settings were upto date. The buyer went through two purchases to try and the get the postage label to show Evri and I had to cancel both sales. 
I then relisted and decided to pay for the postage, and eBay simple delivery sent me a dhl label. I decided to keep it as at least dhl also accepts large parcels. 

I would like to turn off simple delivery but it’s not an option.
