Ebay awarded me a £15 voucher for a £50+ purchase. I put in three Best Offers for an item over £100, and quoted the voucher ref in the payment information. All my offers were declined and so I went back to buy the item at its full price, and there is the voucher ref saying I can buy it at £15 off with code XXX. But when I go to buy, at no point in the payment process do I get the option to enter the Voucher Ref . So I haven't even used the voucher and now I can't access it. I'm well within the Use By period. Can anyone offer advice how to sort this please?
