RETURN OF FAULTY PART

Hi.  i am looking for information on how i contact ebay for help.   I purchased a part for a car back in May 2025,   the part has gone faulty and i have been in contact with the seller by email a few times about returning the fault part, The seller did return my emails at the start but is now ignoring my emails. The return window for returns is closed but there is a warranty on this part and i need to see how i can return it and get a refund

any help would be great

regards

It is between you and the seller.

Ebay don't get involved in claims outside of the 30 days allowed by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

RETURN OF FAULTY PART

You cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt.  If they are not,  a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  to return the item for a full refund.

If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund, to late too,  to claim from your payment provider

If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this,  then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps,  if you wish to take this further.
