Staggered by Ebay's response to my complaint. A photo of a second hand wheel in excellent condition with good tyre and the right pattern was advertised from a trade seller. It was much dearer than others but the condition was great. What arrived was a heavily rusted wheel with an illegal tyre and an entirely different pattern of wheel! I complained, the dealer said the wheel would fit! Long story short, I got £25 refund but that advert is still there and Ebay's response to my complaint was. An Agent has determined no breach of our t's and c's has occurred.

Well I could not see the item I purchased. I saw the entirely misleading photo. Ebay clearly side with their big sellers. Well I'm going to make sure the mainstream media/ TV look at this. I have the screenshots and photos.
