Item delivered is still showing as dispatched

Hello,

I recently sold an item that was delivered and the buyer has left me a positive review but it is still showing as ‘dispatched’ and not ´delivered’  in my app. I have signed out and back in, hoping that it will update but the item is still showing as dispatched. 
‘Any advice on how to solve this will be appreciated. Thank you.

It may be different viewed on a browser but if the tracking doesn't update the payment will be held for 14 days.    Or as you are a new seller ebay may put it on hold for 30 days, regardless of the tracking.
