Add Klarna as payment method

I have a buyer who can only pay with Klarna, but I have no payment option for this. Can I change this on a listed item and how?

Sellers can't add it,

Some of your listings have Klarna, others don't. 

If not available, buyer will have to pay via different method.

Sellers never know how buyers pay anyway.

Your items are not expensive, 

I thought Klarna was only for high price items, but it seems even a few pound items are included,

Maybe it's me, but if you can't buy a low price item in 1 payment, best not buy.
