Sent a parcel through Packlink Ervi got a email saying extra change as item was bigger than the maxiumin size the courie would take but on the email was the Royal Mail size.
I sent a message back saying item never went with the royal mail told the roughly my size
Sent me a print out my item was 177 cm in total Evri overall size is 245cm asked them for photo prove now getting no answers back called ebay and they tell me to contacy packlink which is now turning into a big job
They have took £10,08 from my ebay account not using them anymore. Here is what they sent me through you can just about read it, am I missing something here??
