Hi customer pressed wrong delivery option. They paid for delivery collection option for 3 items.

I told them to opt for collection and I would post at my expense ( return customer)

I posted the items and told them to ask for delivery fee back. 2 items are showing awaiting delivery. 

The third I used their pre paid  label and all goods were received.

I find it impossible to get the refund for the customer and the goods marked as received .

The cost of the unused labels will be refunded automatically to the buyer in 30 days.   You need to open those labels though to mark the items as dispatched.   They will still be unused and refunded to buyer.

See if you can change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.     If not the payments for the untracked items will be held for 14 days.
