Buyer wants to view item but eBay has deleted my address

Hi 

I am selling an arm chair. Potential buyer wants to come and see it first as they live locally. I put my address in the chat but eBay have removed it. How do you arrange viewings?

It's not possible to arrange viewings, the item has to be bought before eBay allow contact details to be exchanged.

If , when your buyer comes to collect, they wish to cancel the order, you can do that there and then on the spot.

You cannot allow a potential buyer to view the item before they buy it.

You can't exchange addresses etc. until they have bought and paid for the item.
