Sold item but didnt use evri. Can't update postage

Sold an item but I didn't use evri for postage. I used royal mail tracked24. But there is nowhere to update this and ebay is saying dispatch is overdue. How will ebay know item has been delivered and my funds be released?

To add the new tracking number  and mark it as dispatched you still need to generate the original prepaid label.    Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu to add the new tracking or via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.    That needs to be done on a desktop browser.

After that you should be able to cancel the original label here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Even if you cannot manage to do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
