Sold item appears in my Manage activity list

Does anyone know why this happens. I would appreciate some assistance here..

Hi a-2-art, thanks for your post.

If an order was placed, and the buyer paid, the item should show under "awaiting shipment" or "paid and shipped", if you are seeing something else, could you please take a screenshot that doesn't show any personal/sensitive information here, and confirm the item number only, so I can take a further look for you?

Thanks for your help regarding this. I have resolved this issue now..
