Can't message sellers

Hi I was messaging a seller everything was fine I messaged back YES but eBay blocked the message saying it contains account information but it says the same if type ANYTHING so I don't understand and I've tried from different devices!!

After this I give up on eBay it's becoming more and more annoying every day

We need to know exactly what was said in the messages to give you any answer here,  what is it that you are trying to message the seller?

It may contain some words inferring an off eBay sale, and therefore, the message is blocked.
