My listing was removed and labelled pornigraphic

eBay recently removed one of my listings, their reason was because they classed it as pornographic.

The item was a coffee table book entitled Porn: From Andy Warhol to X

-tube and as the title suggest was a history of pornography through the ages. I accept that there would be some pornographic images in the book so as such I did not contest eBay's decision and cancelled the listing.

Out of curiosity I did a search and found two other copies of exactly the same book still listed on eBay. To add salt to the injury, because I looked at the listings I'm now getting offers to buy the book.

I'm not a vindictive person but it's unfair  that I cannot list this item, but others can. So I reported both listings using the automated reporting form, and I explained that I'd been told by eBay that the book cannot be listed.

Then I got two automated emails from eBay telling me the book was fine to list and they wouldn't be removing the two listings.

Either my listing should be allowed to remain or the other two identical books should be taken down.

How can I sort this? Any help would be amazing... Thank you.

I found 2 live listings for this book,

1 in USA & other in Germany.

Rules vary with country, looks like not allowed in UK.
