I had a jacket on the back of the settee ready to box up as bidding was just about over. During the night my dog pulled it off the back of the settee layed and peed on it. I let the buyer know and asked them to cancel payment as could not in good faith send it in that condition, she has left a bad review, even calling me dishonest , and in texts has called me a liar , eBay will not remove negative feedback as apparently I should have asked her if she still wanted it , and a refund was issued same day , but she put up it will take ages to get her money back , the price of the item was only £1.04p
