Paying money to the seller

I bought a bodysuit , but it wasn’t delivered at the time. Later, my money was refunded—but now the package has arrived. I want to pay the seller, but they are not responding to any of my messages. What should I do? Please advise.

All you can do is keep trying.  They may be away on holiday.  You cannot repay on ebay so you both need to agree another way, eg. Paypal
