My account restricted for telling the truth..

So i have been given a three days restriction for defamation,

Ironically because a seller pictured an item that was being used illegally..

maybe my other reason was telling a seller his item was over priced and you can actually buy then new for less..calling him a clueless re-seller didn't help either..

BUT..

got a three day restriction for buying and selling..

that was seven days ago..!!

If i try to bid or buy it says i have a seven day restriction ???

yet ebay messages say's three days ???

oh well i have four more ebay accounts so can still bid, buy and sell but Ebay, seriously sort yourselves out..

you can't say three days one minute and it actually means seven..

and i can't contact anyone regarding this as all i get is 'check your messages' which i do and it says THREE DAYS..!!!!

I hear what you're saying, but they haven't..

contacted them today and the idiot on the chat told me that it was seven days, i asked where the message was saying seven not three, he couldn't answer,

then i said i appreciated his time and i'll wait the next 24 hours for the restriction to end,

then he just vanished, disconnected from chat..
