Posting orders

I posted Atleast 4 orders and the customers paid for postage but it still took the money out my funds why is that

If it is the items you have posted using Trcaked 48, the buyer pays you for postage, £3.45.

Then, you use that money to pay for the postage, either direct at the Post Office or by buying a label from Ebay.
