Damaged sold item / Used Ebay Simple Delivery / Refund

I sold an item and used Ebay simple delivery and Evri to deliver. The item arrived damaged and I have refunded the buyer. How do I claim the money for damages back from Ebay simple delivery??? Please help 🙏🏻

With Simple Delivery the buyer should open a case using the reason "Arrived damaged".     Then ebay issues the refund themselves and the seller keeps the payment.
