Absolutely the worst interface if you travel and use two telephones and cant authenticate when 'they' decide you are hacking your own account.

Locked out, the numbers to call dont work and impossible to work with. Dont bother

Ebay use your location to prove it is you signing in.

If you move around, they require further checks.

Personally, I think this is good security.
