Hello, Ebay still ask me to pay 4999 pounds for my buy but I already pay , I contact the seller , he said that he has inform ebay. Now ebay want to give me a bad review, I dont know what I have to do to proove is paid. Please help me, thanks

Ebay won't give you a bad review.

The seller needs to mark the item as sold and paid.

If they don't, there is not really anything you can do.

For vehicles you don't pay through ebay anyway.

Payment should be made when you collect your motorbike, not before. 

Have you collected your motorbike?

I pay , I take the product and eBay said I have not pay,  it is a mistake of eBay, I will not buy anymore with Ebay , I am tired that eBay not recognize there lack of system, sorry but I cannot contact eBay directly. it is email with "no respond !!!!!" no possibility for me to explain my problem and get a good score. I will cancel my subscription.

You can safely ignore any payment reminder.

Your seller can mark the order as paid via the order details in their Sold section, if they haven't managed to do this there'll be no repercussions for you or your eBay account though.
