Can I just inform you ebay your site ebay does not work the way it should with a yubikey So please listen even though you can add a yubikey in your security account settings once you log out of the site close your browser Then go to log back in after you add your email it gives you the security key option Then you choose Windows Hello or external security key The top option Then the box opens to put your security pin in It always says the security key does not look familiar please try another key Even though I set this key up with my account settings This is a real let down Not like amazon that works fawless and yes I have done everything correct in fact I have tried to do this many times for many hours to try and get it to work It will only let you log back in with the yubikey I setup with my account If I log out Then straight away log back in So it does work But once you close your browser Then reopen your browser and try to log back in It will not except the yubikey It says its not familiar please try another key Can you fix this problem you have please and trust what I have told you will find its all correct Please try it Or if anyone else has a solution please tell Thank you
