I have a problem getting a refund for part of an order that i want to return to the seller.

I bought three pairs of incontinence pants for women on July 15. They arrived, I opened one pack, decided they were unsuitable, and contacted the seller about returning the 2 sealed and unopened packs for a partial refund. The seller agreed to this,  but since then he has strung me along with promises. there is a long string of messages between us, culminating in his promise to resolve the issue by Wednesday, 30 July. That was yesterday and still nothing. I have tried to use ebay's complaints page, but just keep getting sent round in circles. Is there anything I can do to resolve the issue?

Correct way is you open ebay case for change of mind, you return ALL items at your cost for full refund.

Seller can make part refund offer through case, if you accept, refund made, but you keep item.

Ebay don't deal with part refunds on returns, that is between you & seller.
