I've got four customers this evening (3 from Germany, 1 from Canada) who are unable to pay for the items they won as Ebay suddenly won't ship to them. I've got Global Shipping switched on and all the listings said they ship to these countries, but now Ebay doesn't like their addresses. I don't know what to do or what to tell my customers. I hate that I may not able to fulfil their orders.
Thing is last week I had three international orders and they went through just fine.
Has anyone else had issues with this? Is it just a weekend problem?
