Return for refund

I have 2 tyres to return and the only option available is to return with royal mail. What happens if royal mail refuse to collect them as they are heavy?

Is this a return that the seller is paying for, or are you paying to return?

If the seller has sent you a label and it isn't of sufficient value for the item, or the courier won't accept it you should contact CS and ask for a different one.

Id you are paying for the return I would have thought you could use any courier you wanted, unless things have changed with Simple Delivery.
