Refund on a item

Hello, I’m having slight problems, I want to return my item but I’ve already requested one but I’ve cancelled it as i thought i was doing something wrong but now it won’t let me request a refund and I’m hoping if anyone could help me

Oh dear, I’ve already contacted the seller i was going to refund it back to
her. What should I do?

If you were returning because it was not described correctly you can contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
