eBay useless

3 times eBay not helping me, that's so embarrassing. Can't believe that I have to get myself here because eBay is so useless. Every time I ask for help they say it's not in their policy, but the money guarantee they take easy from you and never help. Broken hard drive no money back because seller propose me 10% of price as refund sooooo STUPID action from eBay .....

Now webcam not send I was in hospital last week and week before was nearly died now no webcam and no money ......

What's next eBay you charge ppl but not helping Thief!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And protectors of the Thief

If you didn't receive your item you have 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery to open a case for item not received to receive a full refund if the seller does not have tracking to prove delivery.
