Postage labels

Having just waiting more than an hour or a call back & tearing my hair out!,,I am trying to get a collection , some times it has worked other times not . In the instructions it says GET A PRE PAID LABEL.  & book   & they will bring a label I of my labels says PRE PAID  the other 3 say GET A LABEL & I can’t book for them to bring a label . Help please

If that's not working you can book it on the Royal Mail website after you bought a label on ebay.   Although that costs 30p.  More info:

I spent more than 6 hours talking with agents , passed from one  to another , being cut off  calling back 30 + minutes of music . I later received an e mail telling me how to change the label from GET A LABEL to get a PRE PAID LABEL , I wasn’t able to do it . I had 4 parcels the 3 were get a label & doesn’t let you book the parcel or ask postman to bring a label The 4th was get a pre paid label this enabled me to book a collection & get postman to bring a label .I did this only to find that the RM service was down so it didn’t work .I had to get QR labels on my iPad  first time , I went to the PO & couldn’t show them . I had to go home & take screen shots & they got posted today , late.

I have a new sale today  with just get postage label so again I can’t get postman to collect & bring label 

.ebay instructions say get pre paid label but they don’t send it

You may be better upgrading to business seller. 

That way, no SD and you select your own postage, so can book collection direct with RM.
