No issues have been reported, it may lie at your end with device or browser issue.
If using the app or mobile browser switch if you can to a laptop / PC and use Chrome, that seems to work well with eBay.
Clearing cache and cookies, logging out, then logging back in may help too.
If you are referring to the Weekly Chat? That is only available on Wednesdays between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
