Help please…..I have just received an order for a mulberry handbag sold as new and authentic.

Several screws have fallen out in the packaging from this new and unused item.

i am very concerned it may be a fake. Mulberry are renowned for their workmanship and quality this is most worrying. Any advice on how to proceed …from you would be much appreciated. Thank you.
