Mark item as posted

Sold item, posted it without using the prepaid label now can’t seem to mark the item as posted. Have messaged the buyer with proof of posting but concerned I may not get paid. How do I mark the item as posted thanks

As long as you used the Simple Delivery label supplied by Ebay, the tracking will be added automatically and the item will be marked as sent.

It sounds like you didn't use the Simple Delivery label.  See if you can change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.  That has to be done on a desktop browser.   If not generate the original prepaid SD label and try again.

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Even if you don't manage to do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
