Hi, recently sold an item and everything was processed fine, no issue. Order total came to £12.94, but after deductions including, buyer protection fee (£0.73), Postage Simple Evri (£2.45), VAT (£0.49), and the Ad fee of (£1.45), it came to £7.82 in order earnings. However, I have only received £5.89 in my balance. I got this information from the Order Details Payment Section breakdown, and can’t see where the remainder of the money has gone. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
