Sold an Item posted 1pm next day . Tracker not updated

First time Selling in a Long time.

Next Day recorded delivered 1pm next day like the Buyer wanted. 

Can't get a hold of the Buyer and when looking up the Royal Mail it was sent to closest to them.

The Post office Number doesn't exist and they have Very bad reviews.

What do I do ?

So long as you have tracking showing delivered to the address provided by ebay, then buyer cannot win a not received case.

As buyers can only have positive feedback, then buyers feedback hardly matters.

Next day delivery like the buyer wanted does not sound you sent it through ebay's Simple Delivery system.   If you buy your own label you need to generate the original prepaid label to be able to change the tracking number and mark as dispatched.

So generate the label then go to View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.

It's the Label that the Buyer Bought through Ebay and I took it to the post office where they printed it and told me it was RM next day. Tracked . It's tracked all the way up to put for delivery amd then nothing. 

It was tracked for next day, last Wednesday , I havnt been able to get a hold of the Buyer since then  and their local RM  has bad reviews and the Number doesn't exist.

The parcel was sent royal mail 1pm next day garenteed. I printed out the postal Label that ebay provided for me to downloaded.  It was tracked up until that day and then the tracking has stopped. 

It doesn't say it was recieved.

The royal mail post office that it was sent to. To deliver for next day I looked them up so I could ring and find out where the parcel was.  The Number attached to the post office doesn't exist when you ring it and the office itself has been given a 2 star. 

I have messaged and also texted the Number provided by the Buyer but have recieved no reply. 

So if the parcel is lost I hope ebay is on my side.
