Reaching out to see if anyone else has recieved an email relating to sending emails that violate policy.
on my own investigation, i use Royal Mail to ship my products and use the API fuction to import these sales from Ebay to RM - RM then send updates to the senders email address (Ebay's since they changed from customer personnal a year or so ago) for delivery via tracked services, this is were the now violation comes from as they are classing this as outside contact.
So do i now need to make sure that i dont send email notifications in this manner, leaving it to Ebay's own interanl method?
