I sold two items to the same buyer. One order number is 13-13391-67873 ( item 365669110663 ) and Tracking: YA000627254GB, and the other order number is 16-13387-38400 ( item 365669126485 ) and Tracking: YA000629428GB. I went to the Post Office this morning, and they printed the labels, but the screen said, "The Tracking Reference (YA000629428GB) contained within the 2D barcode is not valid for Tracked 48 Large Letter. Select OK to end this transaction." They told me to contact eBay, so both items were not shipped. Please help. Thank you!

It looks like this is an issue today - there are now other posts in the forum about this.

I am not sure contacting Ebay Customer Services will help.

 

Personally, I would pay to post the items and cancel the unused labels.
