Im selling an item from UK but buyer keeps getting message we dont deliver to uk when all our items are uk

If the buyer is in the Channel Islands there's an issue due to Evri charging EU rates and Royal Mail charging UK rates.  Opting out of using Evri should help - here:

Hi - Hes in the UK and I have already posted several of the same items with no problems to the UK from the same ad - But when he tries to by it says we dont deliver to the UK
