Well as an eBay member since 2009 and at the age of 72 i definitely am not computer literate even so I try and get by but all these changes by eBay of late are hard to keep up with the page layouts forever changing ( so you have to try and navigate your way through) I find that I come off my computer/phone exhausted
Using eBay used to be fun - not any more -buyer protection ( any offer received includes this so who is actually paying it?)
simple delivery no- can’t post items bigger than 61 cm or get any custom postage
age verification only by credit card ( have lost sales due to this) not to mention the policy violations ie sharpening stone/ screwdrivers etc I also have items to big to post but cant sell because I am not trusted to check any ID necessary
to be quite honest eBay was much better in the old days when we were charged insertions fee and didn’t have eBay scrapping off every penny they can get there hands on - any ideas how to fix this shambles????
