Still Not Free To Sale!!!!

Just sold an item to a bidder in Germany and been charged...despite everything this wretched ebay have introduced over past few months (reducing free listings, buyer protection fees)  and its still not 'really' free to sell is it! Can this total sh*t-show really get any worse???????

eBay were always clear that there's a 3% fee if sending the item outside the UK.
