How to refund entire amount buyer has paid - not just the money I've made?

Not used eBay for years, and a lot has changed since then... I sent an item that has been badly damaged in the post. Looking to refund the entire £5.15 that the buyer has paid for the item, including the buyer protection fee and the pre-paid postage....
