Hi I moved house several months ago and changed my main address and have had deliveries successfully since.
Today I was about to bid and it showed a screen asking me to confirm the delivery address (the old address) and this screen reloads ad nauseam. This same screen now reloads on top of any attempt to access and update my account addresses. Is there any way to reach the addresses and update; I understand I might not have updated all of the address fields.
Also , I have bids winning today but worry that delivery address may now be wrong. When I placed these bids earlier this week there was no "confirm address" screen. All routes via <My ebay> <Account> fails to get past this "confirm delivery address" box with the wrong address showing?
I've tried on phone app and on a Google Chrome browser - same problem. I can increase bids to increase an existing bid, but a new bid on a new item is still asking me to confirm address and only showing the old address twice to choose from. Back button doesn't take me to load the account page without this pop-up.
