UK Post Office Label - Wrong Weight

Hi

I have had a couple of instances recently where I have selected the weight of the parcel (shoebox size) as 1Kg but when the label is supplied it shows the weight as 1g so is useless.

Not sure if this is a Post Office or eBay issue but has anyone else seen this and is there a way to prevent it? Seems to be random as it doesn't always happen.

It's supposed to only do that when sellers haven't specified a weight during the listing process.   Sounds like another glitch!
