A buyer bought one of my items. I created redeemed the pre paid label and message the buyer that I would post it off in the morning. A few moments later I get a cancellation request. I was willing to accept the request but it's not allowing me to. Now when I try to cancel the order it say A cancellation already exists.
How do I go about cancelling this order because I don't trust this buyer one bit. They had several hours to realise they "already have the game" and that they "mistakenly" bought my item.
I'm someone who takes pride in keeping a good profile on websites I buy and sell on. I don't really want someone to chat bubbles on my feedback page because of their stupidness.
Can someone help me out please? Hate the hassle.
