I see Bay is pushing Evri hard to use them, well if that's the case good luck, why oh why re eBay getting into bed with such a *bleep* carrier, there not a good word said for them, the worst carrier company in the UK and even been on Ripoff Briton more than once, even changed there name from Hermie's to get away from all the bad press but still no better, if it meant I would have to use them compulsory I would stop using eBay, this company will only ruin eBay if that was to happen. took then 3 weeks to deliver a parcel 41 miles, because of that i got a negative feedback and customer asked to return item for refund, and to add to it Evri smashed the item anyway so i was a loose loose situation as 9 months on i am still trying to get the money back from Evri for the item they smashed, worlds worst company, do yourself a favour, keep clear of them.
