I have sold an item that is bigger than 150cm, no postal service has been offered so I am unable to print off a label. Buyer has paid but as it stands I cannot send. What are my options?
Items that are over 120cm are exempt from Simple Delivery. If you chose custom postage during the listing process you should be able to buy your own postage from wherever you like.
