return label cancelled on first place and item faulty can't get new returns label

received item and straight away asked for refund cause item was too expensive for refurbished but after couple of days changed my mind and cancelled action of return so I lost label for return this item and the item is faulty and I can't get in touch with no seller because I was buying like guest so no answer from eBay or seller just still can use old return label but I am not sure if it LL be accept by eBay and I ll get my refund for faulty item.

I'm afraid there's only one chance to open a case for change of mind or faulty item with eBay,  once closed,  you cannot open another.

If the item is faulty,  turn now to your payment provider for help with a refund.
