I have not received my item and it is showing in tracking that your item has been delivered whereas I have not received the item yet, it has gone to the wrong address, I have been scammed, I want all my money back

If the seller has tracking to show delivery they will not have to refund you.

Your screenshot shows that the item was collected at the postal facility,  did someone collect the item for you?

Here in the UK we advise to try your payment provider in these cases, though you may have a battle if they see that the item was collected / delivered.
