How do I actually speak to a human being at Evri?

I need to try to locate a parcel I sent via  Evri. I’ve tried every option available but can never speak to a human being . Any suggestions?

On their Contact Us page the are offering Live Chat and Phone contact. It says that you get voice assistant but can then get put through to a CS rep.

Tried that , it’s all automated , even calling customer service is automated
