Click and Collect

Hi

I have recently changed address. I am currently trying to click and collect an item from ebay. How do I change my choice of collection sites? When I click on "change store" it just brings up sites around my old address. I can't see any way to change this. I have ensured that I have changed my delivery and account addresses.

How Click & Collect works

To find items offering Click & Collect, select Click & Collect under Delivery options on the search results page. Once you’ve found an item you’d like to buy, here's how Click & Collect works:

1. Look for 'Click & Collect' in the item listing.
2. Choose Select a store and pick the store or locker you'd like to collect your item from. Then pay for your item as usual.
3.  When your item's ready, you'll receive collection instructions by email or text, whichever option you selected at checkout.
4. Go to the store or locker you selected and collect your item.

When editing your address, did you change all sections, see below.
