Help

Hi please can someone help, I purchased an item in June (25 phone case) but it wasn’t the one I ordered it was a cheap plastic case they sent, I have contacted the seller regarding this and they’ve apologised and said  to choose another one I have done but have not received it btw the emails I send them they do not reply they’ve gone quiet on me they have told me to give it a month to arrive which I’ve given two….theyve also sent me a non existing tracking code I’ve told them this also but no reply, what other action can I take they won’t give a refund and I know I’ve prob left it too late now but we were emailing back and fore until now. I’m not usually the one to make horrible reviews do you think I should .

Help

eBay only allow 30 days for claims but you could contact your payment provider and see if they can help.   Only you can decide about negative feedback based on your own experience with the seller.   Keep it factual and that would be fair.
