Hi please can someone help, I purchased an item in June (25 phone case) but it wasn’t the one I ordered it was a cheap plastic case they sent, I have contacted the seller regarding this and they’ve apologised and said to choose another one I have done but have not received it btw the emails I send them they do not reply they’ve gone quiet on me they have told me to give it a month to arrive which I’ve given two….theyve also sent me a non existing tracking code I’ve told them this also but no reply, what other action can I take they won’t give a refund and I know I’ve prob left it too late now but we were emailing back and fore until now. I’m not usually the one to make horrible reviews do you think I should .
