If your item was sent from Germany (sorry if my assumption is wrong), then it will go to a UK hub, very possibly in London, before being sent on to you.
If you look at the email you received when you paid, there will be a range of estimated delivery dates.
One day after the latest estimated delivery date, you should open an 'item not received' case.
