Help with ebay balance

Hope someone can help me understand this. I sold an item for £22.50 and used ebays promote thing so was expecting to lose 12%  or what ever it was.

It states I am supposed to get £19.26 but on my Ebay balance it says £14.58 so I'm confused where that £4.68 has gone

Turns out was a fee from a buyer requesting a cancellation on another item so they decided to charge me for it, contacted them and they've given me a refund for it though they shouldn't have had to and I shouldn't have spent an hour getting it sorted
